Need to brighten up your hallway for those late night bathroom breaks or snack times? Or perhaps you simply just want to upgrade the accent lighting near your furniture? This wall light has yellow LEDs that are bright enough to light up your RV's walkway, bedroom, or other living space, and the included acrylic, linen-printed shade softens that light so it's not too harsh.
LEDs are more energy efficient, last longer, and burn brighter than lights with incandescent bulbs. You won't have to worry about dealing with bulbs that have brittle filaments. And because LEDs draw minimal power, the light won't drain your battery or overload your circuits.
This sidewall light is incredibly easy to install either as an upgrade or a replacement of your existing light. Using hardware (not included), bolt the light down onto an interior wall of your RV or camper. The light can be turned on and off with the built-in push button, or it can be wired to a light switch. The 2-wire design hooks up to ground (white wire) and power (black wire).

Today, we're taking a look at a Gustafson RV LED side wall light. Now, this side wall light illuminates the interior of your RV or camper. It features and acrylic shade, so that's included. Has a linen print design, but it is acrylic construction, so it's nice, strong and durable. It's easy to clean. It also features the long lasting energy efficient LEDs, which are included.
Now, LEDs burn brighter than incandescent bulbs. They'll last longer, and they're much more efficient. This one, you can see in there that white panel, that's where your LED board is located. So, that's where all the LEDs are located. Multi diode design, so it really helps provide nice, effective bright light output.
And then, the base is a satin nickel finish, which offers a sleek polished look. It's a durable steel base.Two mount holes on the unit. One right here, and one right here. These are separated on center by six and a half inches. Two mount holes allow for easy mounting to your wall.
And then, here at the base, it has a built-in on and off switch. It is UL listed. A few measurements to go over with real quick, starting with the overall measurement we have going edge to edge this direction. That measures about 10 inches. Side to side going this direction outer edge to outer edge is about 4 inches.
Now, the base measures 8 and 7/8ths by 2 and 7/8ths inches.We're going to go ahead and hook it up to some power, that way you can see what it looks like with power running to it, and then we'll also turn off our overhead lights so you can see it in a low light setting. It's a two wire design. If you notice that back here, the white wire is our ground wire, and then the black wire is our power wire. This is designed for 12 volt applications.So, you can see here it sends out a really nice consistent signal, a really soft glow. Again, it's an LED design. Now, LEDs, on this one, we have multiple LEDs, so that's multiple diodes, so that provides nice effective light output. Very energy efficient. And another neat feature about LEDs is they have a much faster response time when compared to incandescent bulbs. That's going to do it for today's look at the Gustafson RV LED side wall light.

I don't like almost any LED lights because most are at or above 3000K, we prefer 2500k-2700K.
It was easy to swap out the existing LED's for some I already had. Although the vertical top and bottom mount holes did not match, the old screws perfectly bracketed the new base and holds it very securely. No change, same screws, same holes. Nice, but unplanned.
In addition I found a way to add a remote dimmer that runs both sconces for the finishing touch. Perfect any mood lighting. Bright enough for working and dim enough for whatever floats your boat, or land yacht.
As always etrailer made it easy to get even on backorder.
pleased with product and service
This light was a replacement for one that I believed was defective because I could not get it to light. As it turned out, it was the wiring in our RV that had been reversed. The staff was extremely helpful and diligent with rectifying this issue, even though it was no fault of theirs that the light did not work.

After a year, our Gustafson wall sconces are still working perfectly and have added a great deal of warmth to the interior of our motorhome.
This is been great -- it's the nicest light in the 20 year old coach.
This lamp is a real beauty and worth the price. really looks great in the living area of our coach.

Still love wall sconce. I fits in perfectly with our RV and will likely be there for some time to come.
